How We Do It
- Foundational assessment session to develop your Team Coaching program
- Survey the team or apply an assessment tool to get a picture of the team’s current strengths and areas for development
- Work together over time using relationship system tools, virtually or on-site, usually for 6-12 months.
- Summarize learning, create alignment towards shared goals and define an action plan with ongoing coaching support
- Regular coaching check-in meetings to deepen the team’s effectiveness and support accountability towards goals
